“Robot” first appeared in a science fiction of the Czechoslovakia writer Kareቤተ መጻሕፍቲ ባይዱ Capek. It is according to the Robota(Czech, the original intent of labour and servitude) and Robotnik ( Polski ,the original intent of workman ) .
How does today's technology describes the robot ?

The prediction of engineer about the robot is wonderful. The present situation may also prove this point. But we have to pay attention to the problem which is hidden. I have a dream that one day everyone of us will own one or more robot , and we can get along with them , because we are family .
In June 2006,Microsoft launched the Microsoft Robotics Studio, robotics modular and platform unified trends are becoming evident, Bill Gates predicted that household robots will soon be sweeping the globe.
In 1911 the New York World Expo,the first household robot was put on display It named Elektro, invented by Westing House Electric Corporation. It is controlled by a cable.It can work,speak more than 77 words and smoke.Although it is far from doing the housework,it made the dream that got a household robot concrete. It was the first time people realized that the robot is so close to them.
