一:红葡萄酒品种嘉本纳沙威浓(Cabernet Sauvignon)市场上译为百纳或赤霞珠在许多国内的葡萄酒标上,它也被翻译成解百纳赤霞珠。

嘉本纳沙威浓是高贵的红酒葡萄品种之王,在全世界广为种植。

其颗粒小、皮厚、晚熟,酿成的酒色泽深浓,葡萄酒年轻时单宁酸味激烈,但是有藏酿之质。

它是目前最主流的红葡萄品种,因此在各国的酒标上都可以见到Cabernet Sauvignon的芳踪。

在混合几个葡萄品种的葡萄酒里,嘉本纳沙威浓通常是主角。

欧洲产的嘉本纳沙威浓和新世界产的口味稍有不同,产自欧洲的嘉本纳沙威浓酸度高,有巧克力的味道和淡淡的烟草味,新世界的嘉本纳沙威浓酸度较低,橡木味比较重,有着浓郁的酱果味。

在品尝嘉本纳沙威浓时,可以体会它独特的黑加仑子味,蜜瓜味、甘草味,它的酒体结构丰厚结实,酒力强劲,体现着他的王者风范。

口味特征:黑加仑,雪松,青辣椒,薄荷味,黑巧克力味,烟草味,橄榄味。

小维度(Petit Verdot)有的小维戈小维度Petit Verdot的法语意思是“小绿”(Small Green),指的是该种葡萄由于成熟期太晚,葡萄浆果常常不能正常的成熟,而呈现出绿色。

小维度还有另外一些名字,如Petit Verdau、Verdot Rouge、Carmelin、Verdot。

小维度主要分布于法国波尔多的梅多克地区,其起源尚不明朗,有人认为起源于法国的西南部。

在波尔多地区,小维度的历史要早于赤霞珠Cabernet Sauvignon。

与大多数品种一样,小维度需要炎热的白天和冷凉的夜晚,昼夜温差较大的气候条件。

排水性良好的土质、具有一定肥力的土壤都有助于其生长,并形成独特的风味。

小维度生长较旺盛,修剪量较大,成熟过晚导致其在一些年份无法成熟。

生产商可以选择一些促早熟的枕木以促进其提早成熟。

在葡萄园中,小维度的成熟时间晚于其它品种(通常比赤霞珠晚两周成熟),有时要到10月份才成熟。

极晚成熟意味着葡萄容易受到秋季初期霜冻的影响而很难达到完全成熟。
