分句式整理

建议信

A letter of Advice建议信是向别人提出合理性的建议，以便使对方接受自己的想法、主张，解决有关问题，因此要求建议信要写得简明扼要，目的明确，理由充足，具有合理性和说服力。一般可分三段来写，

1、开头（写信目的原因、情况介绍）

2、正文（提出建议及理由）

3、结束语（希望采纳意见，表示感谢、祝愿，盼望回复）

1开头句

写信的原因与目的

1) I'm sorry to learn that you are having trouble in (doing...). Such problems are quite normal. Perhaps the following suggestions are helpful.

很遗憾听说你...方面有困难。这样的问题是很正常的。可能下面的建议会有一些帮助。

2) I'm glad to receive your letter, asking me for advice on how to ...

很高兴收到你的来信，信上询问我关于如何...

3) It's my pleasure to offer/give you some suggestions on...

很高兴给你一些关于...的建议。

4) I'm writing to express my views, concerning(关于=with regard to) the problem you are faced with. I'll try to make some suggestions. I hope they can be of great use for you.

我写信想给你关于你面临问题的观点。我会尽可能作些建议，希望对你有用。

5) I have received you letter saying that 从句(说明情况). Perhaps the following suggestions are helpful to you.

我已经收到了你的来信。信上说你...。可能下面的建议对你是有帮助的。

6) I'm writing to you to give you some advice on how to...

我写信给你想给你一些关于怎样...的建议。

7) I am writing to draw your attention to some improper behaviour among us students.

我写信是想你注意我们学生中的一些不当行为。

8) It is not impossible to …, as long as you take the following t ips.

2正文句

具体建议及理由

5.It's necessary for you to read some books about these places before you come to see them with your own eyes. With more knowledge about these places, you will have a better understanding of Chinese history and culture.

在你来亲眼看到这些地方之前，你有必要读一些关于这些地方的书。有了关于这些地方更多的知识，你将会更好的理解中国的历史和文化。

6. First of all, you should listen to the teacher carefully and take notes in class so that you can go over your lessons as soon as you can after class.

首先，你应该认真听老师讲课。上课做好笔记，以便下课后可以及时复习。

7. As is known to all，vocabulary is of great importance. You should spend half an hour in the morning reciting words and reading texts aloud.

众所周知，词汇是非常重要的。你应该早上花半个小时的时间背单词和朗读课文。

8. What's more, try to communicate with your classmates in English out of class. Only in this way can you improve your listening and spoken English quickly.
