In this Agreement unlethe context otherwise requires: 在此协议中除非有其它要求：

1. "adb" means air dried basis. "adb"是指空干基;

2. "arb" means as received basis. 3

"Cargo" means cargo of approximately 2 x 60,000MT +/-10% steam coal;

4. "Coal" means steam coal produced by the Seller from East Kalimantan.

5. GEOSERVICES means China Certification & Inspection (Group),.Ltd. or its affiliated companies

6. "Trial Shipment" means 2 (two) Vessels of 60,000MT( +/-10% )as per seller's option.

7. "CFR" has meaning ascribed to such term in INCOTERMS 2000 (as amended from time to time. "CFR"含义等同于(随时修正的)INCOTERMS2000确定的相同术语的含义;

8. "Loading Port" means the vessel anchorage at, South Kalimantan, Indonesia, or such other port as

the parties may agree to in writing.

"装货港"是指船只停泊锚地，即印尼东加里曼丹或由双方书面同意的其他港口;

9. "Discharge Port" means South China 1 SBSP in the People's Republic of China, as may be
