IHG安徽区域风险管理会议纪要
一、区域内统一执行的行动计划
1.月度风险管理行动计划的发送（Mark Wang）
2.规范事故报告发送流程：由风险管理协调员统一发送（Kelvin Shi）
3.风险管理协调员汇总酒店事件报告（Jimmy Jin）
4.每月更新风险管理年度跟踪表：以酒店代码统一注册超级表格，并统一密码（Jimmy He）
5.每日在酒店各微信群至少分享一条品牌安全标准信息；第一次分享中文版，第二次分享
英文版（Barry Zhou）
6.每周风险管理简讯和敏感事件在酒店内的分享（Adam Li）
一、区域内的特色风险管理活动
1.根据10分钟培训内容制作安全培训小视频，建议视频内容时长在3分钟以内，每家酒
店至少制作一辑（Mark Wang负责分发任务）（可使用爱剪辑软件）

2.Regularize the accident report sending process：the report should be sent by risk management coordinator together.(Kelvin Shi)
3.It’s the duty of risk management coordinator to gather the incident report in hotel.（Jimmy Jin）
4.Update the annual tracking table for risk management every month: register the super table by the hotel code and unify the password.（Jimmy He）
5.Share at least one piece of information about brand safety standard in the WeChat group. In the first time the information should be in Chinese and in the second time it should be in English.（Barry Zhou）
6.Share the weekly Risk management newsletters and sensitive events within the hotel (Adam Li)
Distinctive risk management activities in one area.
1.Make a small video about the safety training according to the ten minutes’training content,we suggest that the length of video should be within 3 minutes. Every hotel should make at least one album (Mark Wang is responsible for the distribution of tasks) (MediaEditor software can be used.）
