摘要
自动切管机主要用于加工各种用途的管件,包括各种材料的金属管件,本次设计的自动切管机及送料机构所加工的管件主要是直径在60~70mm之间。本论文设计的自动切管机及送料机构,能自动切管和送料达到自动加工金属管件的目的。完成的工作主要是自动切管机中圆锥齿轮减速器、切管机棍筒、机架及自动送料机构工作方案的设计。其中,切管机的工用原理是:电动机通过V带传动,圆锥齿轮减速箱、开式齿轮传动到一对棍筒,然后带动金属管的旋转,获得切割时的主运动。同时,圆盘刀片向下移动,实现管子的切割工作。其中包括确定切管机设计方案的制定、传动装置的设计和计算(包括电动机的选择、拟定传动方案、各轴转速、功率和转矩的计算、传动机构的设计与计算等)。根据已有的经验公式,对上述各项进行了详细的计算和强度校核之后,确定了各个零件之间的尺寸位置。最后绘制切管机装配图、部件图以及部分零件图。
本设计所完成的切管机主要用于车间中对60~70mm管件的切管加工,对提高生产效率,减轻工人的劳动强度有着积极的意义。

Abstract
Automatic cutting machine mainly being used in processing various functional tube parts ,primarily includes varieties material`s metals tube parts . This time the designed automatic cutting machine and conveying mechanism essentially process the tube parts which diameter between 60~70mm.The task of this time designed automatic cutting machine and conveying mechanism ,automatic pipe cutting and feeding mechanism to achieve automatic processing of metal pipe fitting objective. The main work is the automatic pipe cutting bevel gear machine reducer, pipe cutting machine roller, frame and the automatic feeding programme of work organization design.Among them, pipe cutting machine working principle is: the motor through driving V, bevel gear reducer, gear transmission to a pair of roller, and then drive the metal tube rotary, obtain the main movement during cutting. At the same time, move down the disc blade, cutting the pipe. Including the determination of design and calculation formulation, transmission pipe cutting machine design scheme (including the choice of motor, the proposed transmission scheme, the shaft speed, power and torque calculation of the transmission mechanism, design and calculation.).According to the already experienced--formula,the mutual dimension among each components being fixed .Finally ,draw the assemble chart; components chart as well as portion spare parts chart.
The designed of pipe cutting machine is mainly used for pipe processing of 60 ~ 70mm pipe cutting workshop, to improve production efficiency, is of positive significance to reduce the labor intensity of workers.
