Ladies and Gentlemen

I am greatly honored to have the pleasure to welcome you to the 4th International Conference of Firefighting. The meeting have been divided into several parts, each parts will involve a topic in which some leading experts on this field will to do a present, sharing his latest research in their field with us. For example, Professor Guo will bring the latest research about fire spread for Thermal Insulation Material of EPS. With the advance of Chinese economic growth as well as buildings energy efficiency requirements, more and more organic external wall insulation system applied to buildings.

EPS board is a typical representative of the organic insulation board occupies an important seat in the use of insulation materials. However, the use of insulation board in the construction bring in the potential fire hazards. Fire accident caused by insulation board happened occasionally with improper use.

In addition to sessions of technical papers and panel discussions, the conference also plans to have tutorials and industry exhibitions.

The conference program will enable them to exchange ideas, identify needs and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date scientific field.
