我是阿里山集团的***，今天我演讲的题目是《传递正能量共筑中国梦》。四十一年前，

一位17岁的农村青年背起行囊，来到*城。起初在建筑队里，一没学历、二没技术的他只能

做干活最累、收入最低的小工，每天的工作就是搬砖、和泥、为瓦匠师傅打下手。他有一个

有灰心，聪明好学的他总把工友打扑克下象棋的时间用来勤学苦练，没用多长时间，他就从

小工晋级为三级瓦工，并进入了向阳建筑公司做了一名真正的建筑工人，有了一份虽然微薄

但却稳定的收入。第一次他切身感受到了国家政策的温暖，产生了对党和政府的热爱。1978

年，改革开放的春风吹遍了华夏大地。这一年他被聘请为****公司三处一队的队长，开始了
