大运村分指挥小组职责
交 通 部：负责统筹调配大运村起点6批次车辆，每批次45辆车；安排收容车接
送误车人员。 交 管 外 联 局：负责保障起点至终点道路畅通。 部：负责NOC助理催请运动员下楼；车前验证；引导代表团上车；清点人
数及时报告。
开闭幕式部：与仪式总指挥部及体育场分指小组联络，随时通报出发情况，以便下 一站做好相应准备。 大 运 村：组织持看台票运动员按点乘车；村内餐饮服务；留村人员活动安排； 以及其它相关内容的服务。 医疗卫生部：负责急救医疗及餐饮卫生。
Games Services：food and drink service. Health Department：First-Aid service and food supply during athletes’ stay in Stadium.

贵宾安排
VIP & VVIP Area
FISU主席、FISU执委会成员及随同人员的座位安排在出席仪式的中华人 民共和国最高领导人的右侧。VVIP（最高级别贵宾）区域预留50个座位供 FISU使用，同时预留50个座位供组委会使用。VIP（贵宾）区域的座位由FISU 大家庭和组委会平分使用。本届大运会开幕式VIP区座位数拟为500个，VIP区 最接近VVIP区域，由FISU和组委会共同确定VVIP和VIP区域的划分。
Stadium： Volunteers stay at the entrance of each channel, stairs and grandstand to supply guiding services for delegations, such as: to the medicine and health center, as well as deliver the Stadium cleaning Stadium and catering services.

Responsibilities of Stadium Branch Office
局：调度体育场车辆有序停靠、有序返村。 部： NOC助理引导代表团下车进入体育馆入各自休整区；清点各代表团人数；及时通
报代表团集合情况；引导代表团按序出馆排队等。
开闭幕式部：与仪式总指挥部、公共区分指小组联络；播放运动员入馆须知、注意事项等 大屏及广播信息；协助引导各代表团进入各自休整区；按时按序调度各代表 团出馆进行排队；随时通报馆内代表团出馆情况等。 体 育 馆：志愿者在各通道口、梯口、看台口为代表团指引区城；馆内医疗点、卫生间指 引；馆内餐饮台食品及饮料发放服务、馆内清洁服务等。 运动员服务部：提供体育馆内运动员休整时的食品和饮料。 医疗卫生部：运动员在体育馆内休整时的急救医疗和食品卫生。 建议安排IOC、NOC礼宾官，共同处理可能突发的事情，解决疑难问题。
体育馆分指小组职责 Responsibilities of Stadium Branch Office
Traffic Management Bureau：regulating buses to park and depart the Stadium. International Relations Department ： associating NOC assistants to guide delegations to access to Zones in the Stadium, checking and reporting the amount of athletes on time, leading and regulating delegations to stand in queue for exiting the Stadium. Opening & Closing Ceremonies Department：Contacting with Protocol Headquarters and branches in Universiade Village, putting out entry notice on the screen, guiding delegations to the Zones in the Stadium, regulating delegations to stand in queue for exiting Stadium and report the process at anytime.

Responsibilities of Universiade VillageBranch Office
Transport Department：Arranging the six-wave transportation from UV, 45 buses for each wave. This department also in charge of planning the stand-by buses for any athletes who miss the bus. Traffic Management Bureau：ensure the whole route (including the way to airport) is clear International Relations Department： In charge of the NOCs assistants to arrange athletes go downstairs, checking their accreditations before boarding, leading delegation to their buses and checking and reporting the amount of athletes on time. Opening & Closing Ceremonies Department: Reporting to the protocol headquarters as well as other branch offices OLV: Arranging athletes with spectator tickets to get on board on time, food and beverage services, activities for athletes who stay at UV, Health Department：First-Aid and the hygeian food. Suggesting IOC and NOC protocol officials working together on any emergencies.
