浅析苏州中节能环保科技产业园景观设计分析

摘要：景观设计是反映城市规划建设和房房地产开发业现代水平的一个重要标志。景观设计已越来越受到人们的欢迎和重视,它是社会经济发展的必然结果,也是人们日益重视生活环境品质提高的直接体现。本文通过实例，从设计理念出发，总体介绍了本项目的整体布局构思和园区中的景观设计，从而做到了“以人为本，以绿为主，因地制宜”的设计原则。

Abstract: Landscape design is an important indicator of city planning and construction and real estate development industry modern level. The landscape design has become more and more popular and attention, it is the inevitable result of social economic development, and people pay more attention to improve the quality of the direct embodiment of the living environment. This paper, starting from the design concept, the overall introduction of the landscape design ideas and the overall layout of the park in project, so as to achieve a "people-oriented, dominated by green design principle, suit one's measures to local conditions ".

一、项目概况

本工程地址位于江苏省苏州市，用地面积问97598m2。园区北靠苏胜路，闻倚东长路，西临风里路，东边用地为另一产业园区，基地现状多为植草荒地，地势较为平坦，且平均地坪低于周边道路1-2米。

二、设计理念

水滴，润腾，化三千

云窗雾阁常扇开，柳梢萼渐相连；

苏园天人成一脉，水滴润腾化三千。
