建筑陶瓷生产线节能技术改造指导老师:

中文摘要

党的十六届五中全会提出要把节约资源作为基本国策,“十一五”规划《纲要》【】进一步指出要在“十一五”时期单位GDP能耗降低20%左右【】。2009年12月18日,温家宝总理在哥本哈根气候大会上向世界庄严承诺,“到2020年单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放比2005年下降40%-45%”,并把节能减排作为战略性新兴产业之一。而陶瓷行业本身属于高能耗、高污染行业,生产过程中消耗大量矿产资源和能源,产生的废气、废水、废渣、粉尘等对环境造成严重污染。因此合理使用资源、降低能耗、减少对环境的污染,使行业可持续发展,是我国陶瓷行业急需解决的问题。根据建筑陶瓷行业能源消耗限额标准(国家和地方)、生产准入条件和清洁生产指标,结合国家发展与改革委员会“十一五”期间提出的十大重点节能工程,及同时推出的《国家重点节能技术推广目录(第一批、第二批)》,以某一企业为例开展节能技术改造分析,在对企业能源消费结构、流向、收支情况,及重点耗能工艺、重点用能设备进行分析研究的基础上找出节能途径筛选出节能改造方案,主要是生产线的余热利用,窑炉的改造,电机系统节能改造等,并对其进行节能效益分析,得出结论并提出合理建议。

Therefore, rational use of resources, reduce energy consumption, reduce environmental pollution, so that the industry can sustainable development is China ceramic industrys 's urgent problems

According to the national and local Limit energy consumption standards of building ceramics industry,Combined with the ten key energy conservation projects that National Development and Reform Commission Proposed durning "Eleventh Five-Year" period,and the National Energy Technology Extension catalog (the first, second)" that Introduced At the same time,In case of an energy-saving technological transformation of enterprises。Based on the Analysis of the Energy Consumption Structure, flow, Income and Expenditure, and key energy-consuming process, key energy facilities to find out energy-saving ways and Selected energy-saving programs 。Mainly on Production line waste heat utilization, the transformation of the furnace, Motor system Energy Saving transformation and so on,And analysis the energy conservation efficiency,Draw conclusions and make reasonable suggestions。
