美国洛杉矶一家公司（POWER CO.,LTD）向英国伦敦的一个出口商（STONE CO.，LTD）购买了价值100万美元的仪器设备，双方约定签约后一个月付款。POWER公司的法人代表Mr. William Smith 与STONE公司的业务主管Mr. George Mason于2000年1 月28日签订了贸易合约。
（1）请据此开立一张用以结算的汇票。开立日期为2000年2月2日
（2）汇票出立后7天得到承兑；请据此写出票据的承兑式样。
2、根据以下条件制作单据
China Camping Shanghai Import and Export Corporation与Sport and Camping Co．，Ltd．of New York签订合同，出口帐篷(tent)一批，计5 000顶t合同单价USD10．00／PC FOB Shanghai，不需要唛头，要求全部货物于2009年12月l0日前出运。11月25日，该公司收到一份以本公司为受益人，由Bank of New York于2009年11月23日开出的即期不可撤销信用证。开证人为：Sport and Camping Co．，Ltd．of New York，信用证号为：A00920，信用证金额为USD50 000.00，信用证有效期至2009年12月23日。该公司备妥货物后于12
