基于系统集成服务商的智慧城市商业模式研究

摘要

随着信息技术的迅猛发展，城市发展正迈向一个更高级的阶段，即智慧城市阶段。建设智慧城市作为提升城市管理效能、改善与服务民生、促进社会经济可持续发展的有效路径，受到了政府及社会各界的广泛关注。但智慧城市建设具有“周期长、投入大、系统复杂、涉及主体多”等特点，并且作为一个新兴事物，建设者普遍缺乏成熟的经验可以借鉴，因而在实践过程中，真正实施落地的智慧城市并不多。本文以智慧城市的产业链和各参与主体的利益诉求分析为切入点，运用商业模式理论，对智慧城市商业模式的构建、评价及应用进行了深入的探讨，期望通过系统集成服务商的视角，构建有效的商业模式，打造形成一个良性互动的智慧城市产业生态圈，从而破解智慧城市建设的难题。

本文首先对国内外智慧城市建设现状及商业模式理论进行了梳理与归纳，明确了智慧城市的概念与内涵，并通过商业模式相关理论研究为构建智慧城市商业模式奠定了理论基础。第二，通过调查咨询法对智慧城市产业链、市场规模及重点应用需求进行了研究，并总结了智慧城市建设的特点及规律。第三，文本结合作者自身多年从事智慧城市建设经验，对用户、建设参与方的利益诉求进行了深入分析，对合作模式与合作内容进行了探讨。第四，本文运用系统分析法，对系统集成服务商的价值主张、目标客户、业务系统、资源能力、营销渠道、盈利模式等六个要素进行了归纳与总结，设计了智慧城市商业模式，并形成了评价智慧城市商业模式的指标体系。最后，本文对神州数码进行了实证分析，运用 SWOT 分析模型深入剖析了其商业模式的优势与不足，深化设计了新城区、老城区及城市综合体三类智慧城市细分市场下的商业模式，并结合当前智慧城市建设市场环境，给出了相应的优化建议。

本文认为，商业模式设计是破解智慧城市建设难题、推进智慧城市建设进程的关键性手段。系统集成服务商如果能够抓住当前市场机遇，利用其较强的资源整合能力和对业务需求的理解能力，通过产业链延伸及产业资源的整合，构建形成可持续发展的商业模式，完全可以成为当前智慧城市建设的主力军与最大的受益者。

本文运用商业模式理论，通过系统的产业链、利益相关者分析，结合作者实践经验，对智慧城市商业模式进行了探讨与创新设计，可为政府和广大的建设参与厂商提供有益的参考与借鉴。

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, urban development is moving towards a more advanced stage, the smart city. The smart city construction is the effective path to Enhance the management efficiency of city, improving people's livelihood and sustainable socio-economic development, which has been widespread concern the government and the community. But the smart city construction has several features,which are “long period of big investment funds, the system is complex, involving many body ”, and as a new thing, the builders of the general lack of mature experience can learn, in practice, the real implementation of building wisdom the city is not much. In this paper, the main chain and the participating interest demands the smart city as the starting point of the analysis, using the business mode l theory, building on the smart city business model, evaluation and application of in -depth discussion. The paper build an effective business model at the point of system integrators, creating a virtuous interaction of smart city industry ecosystem, which to solve the problems of smart city construction.

Firstly, This article summed up the current situation of domestic and foreign construction of smart city and the business model,and define a clear concept and connotation of smart city, and through the business model for the construction of theoretical studies of smart city business model laid a theoretical foundation. Second, through research and consulting method to study the smart industry chain, market size and key applications, and summarizes the charac teristics and laws of the wisdom of urban construction. Third, combined with the author’s experience in building Smart city, this article summarized the users and stakeholders’ demands，and discussed the cooperation model between system integrator and them.
