博物馆工程量清单及投标报价文件编制说明

摘要

通过本次对毕业设计课题——大别山地质博物馆工程量清单与投标报价文件编制的完成，可以加强对工程量清单计价在工程造价中运用的认识，了解并且掌握清单编制的全过程，培养独立分析解决实际问题的能力及审计验算能力。本文概括介绍了工程量清单计价的意义和作用，并讲述了国内招投标的现状，存在的问题，相应地提出了解决的对策及招投标未来的发展方向。为了真实完整地再现本次毕业设计的过程，对分部分项工程、措施项目工程、其他项目工程等进行了计算与进行清单编制，并且进行施工组织设计编制，主要提到施工方案的编制，施工进度的安排等，最后完成投标报价文件的编制，使毕业设计成果系统概括清晰地展现在大家面前。

ABSTRACT

Through completing this time to the graduation project topic ——Preparation instructions of Dabie Mountain Geological museum Quantities and bidding documents，it can strengthen the utilizatal understanding to the resilience detailed list valuation in the building cost of projects, understand and grasp the entire process in the detailed list establishment，raise the ability of independent analysis and soluting actual problem and auditing and checking calculation. This article summarily introduces the significance and the function of the resilience detailed list valuation, and narrates the present situation domestic move of bid's, and the existed question, proposes the solution countermeasure and the move of bid future development direction correspondingly. To reappear the process of this graduation project completely and really, I can carry on the branch sub-item project, the measure project, other project and so on the computation , carry on the detailed list establishment, and carry on the construction organization plan establishment, mainly mention that the plan of construction the establishment, the construction progress's arrangement and so on, complete the tender offer document finally in the establishment, in order to summarizing unfolds clearly of the graduation project achievement system to in front of everybody.
