兹有新疆国际经济合作集团有限公司专家1人拟于2018年11月中旬赴埃处理援XX大学渔业与水产教学培训中心项目移交事宜，相关签证材料已提交贵馆审核。有关人员信息如下：
鉴于该项目是中、埃两国政府共同确定的援助项目，且项目已完成，急需中方人员赴现场组织处理项目后续事宜和移交准备工作。为推动该项目顺利进行，望协助加快办理赴埃签证事宜为盼。

It is hereby scheduled that one expert from Xinjiang International Economic Cooperation Group Co., Ltd. would go to Egypt for the hand-over procedure for the China-aided Training Center of Fisheries and Aquaculture Project in XX University in the middle of December in 2018. His related materials have been submitted to your embassy. The information on the relevant personnel as follows:
Given that the China- aided project was identified by the China and Egypt governments. And the project has been completed. There is an urgent need for that Chinese official deal with the following-up issues and hand-over procedure to the scene. To promote the smooth progress of the project, we would be very grateful that Egyptian Embassy expedite the processing of visas.
