道歉信
道歉信结构
道歉信通常包括三部分内容：
1.开门见山，表明写信目的，表示歉意，道歉的原由；
2.说明出现差错的原因，提出弥补措施；
3.再次致歉，请求原谅。

语言要诚挚，解释的理由要真实。

好的道歉信不仅会取得对方的谅解，还会增进彼此的感情。

2. 常用语块
①因某事向某人道歉apologize to sb for sth./ make an apology to sb. for sth.
②向某人说对不起say sorry to sb
③接受我的道歉accept my apology
④为某事原谅某人forgive sb. for sth.
⑤并非故意做某事have no intention to do sth.
⑥弥补，赔偿make up for
⑦赔偿，偿还pay for / compensate for
⑧给你带来不便cause you inconvenience
⑨给你带来不便cause you much trouble
⑩更加小心be more careful
犯这样愚蠢的错误make such a stupid mistake
应当受到责备be to blame
承担责任be responsible for /undertake the responsibility

4. 道歉信中结尾段常用句式和套话
