1概述

General

正压型防爆电气控制柜（箱）（以下简称电气柜）是根据GB3836.1《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分：通用要求》、GB3836.2《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第2部分：隔爆型“d”》、GB3836.5《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第5部分：正压外壳型“p”》、GB3836.4《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第4部分：本质安全型》、GB3836.15《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第15部分：危险场所电气安装（煤矿除外）》的规定制成的正压型防爆电气电气柜，其防爆标志为：ExpxdibmIIBT4。电气柜经国家授权的质量监督检验部门检验合格，取得了产品防爆合格证。本电气柜主要适用于石油、化工、冶金、制药等领域的1区爆炸性气体环境，其空气中存在有ⅡB级T4组及以下的爆炸性气体混合物的场所，作为电气控制之用。

Positive Pressure Explosion-proof Electric Control Cabinet (box) (hereafter called electric cabinet for short below) is based on the rules of GB3836. 1“Explosive Gas Atmosphere Use Electric Equipment Part 1: General Requirements”, GB3836. 2“Explosive Gas Atmosphere Use Electric Equipment Part 2: Explosion-proof “d”’, GB3836.5 “Explosive Gas Atmosphere Use Electric Equipment Part 5: Positive Pressure Enclosure Type “p””,GB3836. 4 Explosive Gas Atmosphere Use Electric Equipment Part 4: Intrinsically Safe Type”and GB3836. 15“Explosive Gas Atmosphere Use Electric Equipment Part 15: Electric Installation in Hazardous Site (except colliery). Its explosion-proof symbol is ExpxdibmIIBT4. Electric Cabinet tested by Quality Supervision and Inspection Department and authorized by the State is up to the standard and obtain the Explosion-proof Certificate of Approval. The product is mainly use in 1 area explosive gas atmosphere of petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, pharmacy and other fields in which there are explosive gas mixture of ⅡB Level T4 set and above. The product is use for electric control.

电气柜主体由正压电气电气柜、正压气路系统、隔爆型电气箱等几部分组成。
