产妇分娩前后心理护理的体会

摘要：目的：总结孕妇在分娩前后的心理特点，并探讨在产妇

分娩前后如何实施心理护理。方法：将60例产妇随机分为对照组

和观察组，对照组25例采取传统的护理方式，观察组35例在传统护理方式的基础上给予心理护理，并对两种护理方式产生的不同效果进行对比分析。结果：观察组35例产妇并发症的发生率明显低

于对照组，存在统计学意义(p<0.05)，同时观察组35例产妇的满

意度明显高于对照组，存在统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：在产妇分娩前后，给予心理护理对产妇有着非常重要的意义，可以使产妇获得理想的心理状况，有利于产妇的分娩以及分娩后身体的恢复，增加产妇对医院的满意度。

abstract：objective：to summarize the psychological characteristics of pregnant women before and after childbirth, and to explore how to implement in maternal psychological nursing before and after delivery. methods：60 cases were randomly divided into control group and study group,25 cases in the control group took traditional nursing mode, the study group 35 cases in traditional nursing was given based on psychological nursing, and two kinds of nursing manner to produce a different effect comparative analysis.results：the study group35cases of maternal complication rates were

significantly lower than that in the control group, there was statistical significant difference (p<0.05), while the study group 35 cases of maternal satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, there was statistical significant difference (p<0.05).conclusion：in the maternal childbirth, psychological care on maternal has a very important significance, can make the maternal obtain ideal mental status, in favor of delivery and delivery after the restoration of the body, increased maternal hospital satisfaction.
