335kv电力变压器试验方法及要求

Test methods and requirements for 35kv transformer

a）变压器总装前应对35kv高压充油套管进行绝缘电阻及介质损耗角正切值tgδ检查：

Prior to final assembly of transformer, insulation resistance and dielectric loss angle tangent tgδshall be inspected to 35kv HV oil feeding sleeves.

用2500V/100000MΩ电子兆欧表进行绝缘电阻检查，要求绝缘电阻值不低于产品出厂试验值的70% 。

Insulation resistance inspection shall be conducted by using 2500V/100000MΩelectronic megohmmeter, and the value cannot be less than 70% of off-work test value.

用GWS-ⅡA光导微机介测试仪进行介质损耗角正切值tgδ检查，被测tgδ值不应超过产品出厂试验值的130%，但测量时温度应换算到出厂测量时的值才能比较。

Inspection of dielectric loss angle tangent tgδshall be conducted by using GWS-ⅡA Medium loss tester, and the tested tgδcannot be more than 130% of

off-work test value. But the temperature can be compared after it is conversed into the value tested when off-work.

b）测量绕组连同套管的绝缘电阻、吸收比；

Surveying insulation resistance and absorptance of winding with sleeves.

用2500V/100000MΩ电子兆欧表进行，要求绝缘电阻值不低于产品出厂试验值的70%，吸收比不小于1.3（常温下）。

2500V/100000MΩelectronic megohmmeter shall be used. The value cannot be less than 70% of off-work test value, and the absorptance not less than 1.3 (under normal temperature).

c）测量绕组连同套管的直流电阻；

Surveying DC resistance of winding with sleeves.

用PS-Ⅱ低电阻快速测量仪进行，要求在各分接头的所有位置进行，基数值与同温度下产品出厂实测数值比较，相应变化不应大于2%；

PS-Ⅱlow-resistance rapid surveying instrument shall be used for all the locations of every tap. The difference between radix and the actual value tested under the same temperature when off-work shall not be more than 2%.

d）检查所有分接头的变压比和接线组别:

Inspecting the transformer ratio and iring group of all taps,

用QJ-35变压比电桥进行，其结果与制造厂铬牌、标记、符号、数据相比应无明显差别，并应符合变压比规律；接线组别应与铭牌一致。Transformer-ratio bridge shall be used. There should not be distinct difference between the result and nameplate of manufacturer, mark, symbol and data, and regulations of transformer ratio be complied with. The wiring group and nameplate shall be consistent.

e）测量绕组连同套管的直流泄漏电流；

Surveying DC leakage current of winding with sleeves

用BBG/120kV直流发生器，在35kV侧施加20kV电压1min，在20℃时泄漏电流值不超过50uA；

BBG/120kV DC generator shall be used. Apply 20kV voltage ate the 35kV side for 1 minute and the leakage current cannot be more than 50uA when the temperature reaches 20℃.
