Turin: Fiat workers block the ring-road
TURIN – Access to the South ring-road of Turin blocked at the height of Corso Orbassano, occupied by Fiat strikers. Some workers left the plant where, in front of the Powertrain, a manifestation was being held with the general secretaries of Fim, Fiom, Uilm and Fismic.

Fiat Auto, best quarter but still very much “in the red"
In the first quarter, Fiat Auto recorded operating losses of 334 million euro, from 429 million euro a year earlier, in line with analysts‟ forecasts, on a turnover that has dropped to 4.9 billion euro from 6 billion in the same period 2002.
