In school, they only take exercise in P.E. class .They would like to watch TV and play computer games at home . They don’t think sports are important to them. So most of them are in poor health and fall ill when the weather or the season changes . It’s clever to take part in all kinds of sports activities and keep away from TV and computer. Nothing is more important than doing sports .

If they usually take exercise with friends, they will be close to each other . Sports can make their life colorful . There is a famous saying(谚语）:“life lies on exercise（生命在于运动）.”If everyone keeps doing sports often, they will have a healthy and happy life. That’s all,thank you for your listening.

Reading is a good hobby for all kinds of reasons(原因）. Reading is fun. You can always keep yourself happy if you like reading . You will never feel bored(无聊的）or tired.

Next, you can read a book at any place --- in a car , on a plane , or even in the bathroom. All you need is a book! Reading is a convenient hobby because it is easy to stop and then start again. Another good reason for reading is that it can help you a lot . If you take reading as a hobby, you will get better and better at your study . This means you will learn more and more from reading . It can also help you improve(提高）your reading skills.

Some people say that reading is out of date (过时的）.This is not true . You can know what’s happening around the world by reading on the Internet.

Smart mobile phones are popular in our lives.They also bring middle schools a serious problem. Some schools even make rules to ban(禁止）students from taking mobile phone to school.

As we know, more and more students have their own smart mobile phone.It brings them a new way to get information. Some students think they can keep in touch with their friends with it .What’s more, they can also study or search for information on it.

However, some teachers are against it. They think that students not only play games in class, but also cheat in exams with mobile phones, Even worse, some students spend so much time on them at night.Of course they feel sleep(困倦的）in the daytime.

Many parents say that they understand the ban of school.Some of them follow it. They don’t let their children take the smart mobile phone to school any more.
