电子商务企业社会责任研究

摘要

随着信息时代的不断发展,全世界的信息化程度不断扩大,电商企业在电子化、网络化经济产业的基础上应运而生并不断壮大。传统的企业社会责任体系正在这种信息化领域面临着一系列新的问题。以往一般的企业社会责任研究主要集中在传统的典型企业上面,对在信息化背景下的电商企业的社会责任的指标体系以及约束机制的研究基本是一个真空地带。

本文通过对我国电商企业的社会责任问题及其原因进行初步研究,提出在电子商务环境下对传统电商监督和促进方式的一些改进办法,这些改进办法可能对解决我国电商企业社会责任缺失的问题有一些参考价值。另外,在理论上,国内外对于电商企业的社会责任缺失问题的理论性质的研究并不多见,本文通过一些列分析,试图对传统模式的企业社会责任监督和促进体系进行一些改进,该过程中也提出了一些理论看法,可能对该方面的进一步研究有一些作用。

论文首先对电商企业的社会责任课题进行了一个概述,讲述了这个课题的研究背景、研究目的和意义。在此基础上,对社会责任以及电商企业的必然联系进行了分析,该分析主要是对电商企业的行者和社会责任的性质进行详细陈述。在论文的第三章,主要讲述我国电商企业社会责任存在的一些具体问题,并对这些问题的原因进行了分析。第四章讲述的是对第三章所罗列的一些问题的的解决办法。最后,在第五章对本论文的进行研究总结,并提出一些展望。

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of the information age, the degree of information technology around the world continues to expand, power and commercial enterprises came into being on the basis of electronic, network of Economy, Trade and Industry and continue to grow. Traditional corporate social responsibility system is faced with a series of new problems such information in the field. Previous general corporate social responsibility research focuses on traditional typical enterprise above, the electricity supplier of corporate social responsibility in the context of information technology index system, and restraint mechanism is basically a vacuum.

This paper a preliminary study by the electricity supplier in China corporate social responsibility and the reasons put forward in the e-commerce environment of traditional electricity providers monitor and promote the way some of the ways to improve it, and ways to improve it possible to solve the electricity supplier in China Corporate Social Responsibility missingthe problems have some reference value. In addition, in theory, at home and abroad for the nature of the lack of electricity supplier of corporate social responsibility theory and rare, this paper some columns, trying to use some improvements on the traditional model of corporate social responsibility to monitor and promote the system, the the process also made some theoretical views may have some role in the further study.

Firstly, the electricity supplier of corporate social responsibility issues an overview about the research background, purpose and significance. On this basis, necessarily linked to social responsibility and electric commercial enterprises, the analysis detailed statement of the nature of electric commercial enterprises Walker and social responsibility. In the third chapter, focuses on some of the specific problems of electricity supplier in China corporate social responsibility, and the reasons for these problems were analyzed.
