摘要

播音是一门语言艺术，播音员、主持人要向受众传播传播新闻，说明事理。作为一名公众人物，他们是栏目、频道、媒体的代表，是党和政府的“喉舌”。因此，播音员主持人的素质显得就尤为重要了。本论文阐述了播音员主持人在社会上的影响力日益显著以及素质对播音员支持人来说的重要性。首先，从大的范围来说，播音员主持人不仅要有扎实的专业素养、扎实的文学功底、较高的道德思想素质，还要有良好的心理素质和强烈的社会责任感。与此同时，不同的节目对播音员主持人的要求不同，根据不同的节目形式，分别阐述播音员主持人应具备哪些素质。此外，随着我国社会技术的发展，电视事业取得进步的同时还存在着一些问题，我国广播电视主持人的发展和管理的薄弱，使得广播电视主持人的素质良莠不齐。要想保障电视节目正常运作和快速发展，必须严格管理我国现有主持人的素质，积极培养未上岗的播音员主持人。最后，针对我国电视节目中出现的问题制定出较为系统和完善的方案，使得我国电视节目主持人的素质有全面的提升。

Abstract

Broadcasting is a language art, announcer, host to the news spread to the audience communication, reasons. As a public figure, they represent the columns, channel, media is the mouthpiece of the party and the government, "". Therefore, appear announcer host quality is particularly important. This paper expounds the announcer moderator in the world is increasingly significant importance as well as the quality of the announcer support people. First of all, from the large scale, announcer host not only have a solid professional knowledge, solid literary foundation, higher moral and ideological quality, but also have a good psychological quality and a strong sense of social responsibility. At the same time, different programs for different announcer host requirements, according to different forms of programs, describes the announcer host should have what qualities. In addition, with the development of society and technology in China, television career progress at the same time, some problems still exist, China's Radio and TV host development and management of the weak, the quality uneven, some good and some bad radio and television host. In order to guarantee the normal operation of TV programs and the fast development, must be strict management of our existing host quality, actively cultivate not duty announcer moderator. Finally, aiming at the problems in China's TV programs make systematic and perfect scheme, making China's TV presenter quality of a comprehensive upgrade.
