摘要

车辆无处停放的问题是城市的社会、经济、交通发展到一定程度产生的结果,立体停车设备的发展在国外,尤其在日本已有近30-40年的历史,无论在技术上还是在经验上均已获得了成功。我国也于90年代初开始研究开发机械立体停车设备,距今已有二十年的历程。由于很多新建小区内住户与车位的配比为1:1,为了解决停车位占地面积与住户商用面积的矛盾,立体机械停车设备以其平均单车占地面积小的独特特性,已被广大用户接受。

立体停车库属于仓储设施,专门为各类车辆自动停放,科学寄存.其由钢构架、回转台(采用埋人式)、输送车或升降电梯、监控操作台及辅助设备(消防、配电、防盗机构)六大部分联合构成,目前,在国内一些经济较发达,人口密度较大的城市中开发推广,并已经日趋成熟。

立体停车库以停放轿车为主,其代价较昂贵,而且立体停车库使用时涉及到人身和车辆的安全,所以对设备的安全性和可靠性要求非常高。PLC采用了以计算机为核心的通用自动控制装置,集微机技术、自动化技术、通讯技术为一体,可靠性强、性价比高、设计紧凑、扩展性好、操作方便,适用于频繁启动和恶劣的环境,因此在立体停车库控制系统中通常采用PLC作为电控系统的核心,辅佐以限位开关来控制精确的存取车。

ABSTRACT

Vehicle parking problem is nowhere to urban social, economic and transport development to a certain extent the result of, the development of parking facilities in foreign countries, especially in Japan, nearly 30 to 40-year history, both technically and in experience on have been successful. China is also in the early 90's R & D mechanical parking equipment, the course of ten years ago. As many new residential parking spaces within the household and the ratio of 1:1, in order to solve the parking area of the contradictions and tenants of commercial space, three-dimensional mechanical parking equipment for its small footprint mean the unique characteristics of cycling, has been the majority of users accepted.

Parking are storage facilities, specifically for the types of vehicles, automatic parking, scientific storage. Its by a steel frame, swing sets (using Embedded in style), transport vehicles

or elevators, control console and auxiliary equipment (fire, power distribution, security agencies) jointly constitute the majority of six, now, some of the more economically developed in China, population density, the larger cities in the development and promotion, and has matured.

Parking to the main car park, the cost of more expensive, and parking use related to the safety of persons and vehicles, so the equipment safety and reliability is very high. PLC used to control the computer as the core of the universal device, set computer technology, automation technology, communication technology as a whole, reliable, cost-effective, compact design and good scalability, easy to operate, suitable for frequent starts and harsh environment Therefore, in the parking control system PLC is usually used as the core of electronic control systems,adjuvant to limit switches to control the precise car access.
