Colum Fabrication Specification 支腿是轮胎吊的主要部件,与大梁及鞍梁联接,采用箱体结构,为便于现场安装,要求两端各放50mm拼装余量,且两端留一段长度不焊。焊接直接影响构件变形,因此必须严格掌握焊接顺序,最大限度地减小变形量。具体施工要求如下:

Colums are the vital parts of RTG, connected to the girder and saddle bridge, they are box section for the convenience of on site installment. 50mm surplus for both sides, leave a certain area unwelded. The welding procedure shall be strictly controlled, minimize the deformation. See the details as follows:

一、支腿腹板和翼板的拼接、放样、下料。

The joint, lofting and blanking of web plate and wing plate

1、目前,我公司制作的轮胎吊支腿长度为20米,此构件的腹板及翼板均需进行

拼接,拼板要求如下:

The length of the colum of RTG made by our company is 20 meter, the web plate and wing plat shall be spliced as the following procedure:

1)根据工艺提供的拼版示意图领用所需钢板。

Get ready necessary steel plates according to the diagram

2)拼板前划出每块钢板各自的中心线,用符号表示,用拉紧的线检查平直度。

Mark the centre line of each steel plate before the splicing work, check the straightness by tense wire.

3)在平台或胎架上装焊拼板夹具,用铁楔调整拼板间的位置。

Put clamp on the platform or frame, adjust the position between panels by drill key

4)在对接部开对破口,拼板焊缝破口25~30,坡口表面应打磨光顺,同时清除焊接区内的铁锈,油污等异物。(开坡口前应检查对接口厚度上的尺寸,如有圆角或其他缺陷,则需将端头处切割除去大于5mm的材料,再进行开坡口。)

Joint area grooved, welding line groove25~30, polish the groove surface smooth, remove rust, grease etc. check the thickness and dimension of the joint before the groove, if find any round corner or other defects, cut off 5mm

5)接焊两端应加引,熄弧板,其材料,坡口形式与拼接件完全相同,厚度相当,与焊件对接部件要保持齐平。引,熄弧板距板边距至少40mm。

6)先在拼缝板上定位点焊,点焊间距为100~200mm,焊缝长度不少于50mm,

点焊与正式焊接用同一牌号的焊条或焊丝。

Spot weld to position the plate, the distance between the spots is 100~200mm, the welding line shall no less than 50mm, use the same welding rods as the normal weld.

7)施焊:二氧化碳打底,埋弧自动焊盖面。然后翻身清根对反面拼缝施焊(埋弧焊),焊后检查焊缝平直度,火工校正。腹板拼板焊缝100%UT(超声波)。

Welding process: Carbon dioxide render, covered with submerged arc welding, 然后翻身清根对反面拼缝施焊(埋弧焊),check the straightness after the welding, fix by flame, 100% UT test for the web plate welding line, 上下翼板拼板焊缝100%RT

2、根据图纸要求进行切割下料,切割时不要一次性割断,两端头及中间每隔3米左右的位置保留一个连接点,待放置24小时后再进行割断。两端头留焊接收缩余量,每端约60mm(切割划线与腹、翼板上划各零件安装线同步进行)。Stock cutting 盖底板according to the drawing, 其中盖板每台套2件盖板

为一组,do not cut it off at one time, leave a connecting point each 3 meter between 两端头及中间, cut it off after 24 hours, leave welding shrinking surplus , 60mm each side.

二、隔板、纵向加强筋的预制及纵向加强筋装配

Pre arch of web plate, pre making and install of Longitudinal stiffeners,

1、横搁板均采用数控切割,由于横搁板是保证构件装配质量的重要元素,其长

度,宽度尺寸及直角误差均控制在+-1mm之内,对以上任何超差尺寸,在修正后方可进行安装。装配前画出中心线。

NC cutting shall be used for the cutting of 横搁板 which is the vital element of the quality, the tolerance should be controlled within 1mm

2、在腹板及翼板上划出各自的横、纵向中心线,加强筋(角钢)安装线,隔板

安装线,定位条安装线。在腹板上将纵向加强筋按装配线位置点焊定位,施焊时由中心向两端进行。
