摘要:当今社会人们极大的享受着电子设备带来的便利,但是任何电子设备都有一个共同的电路--
电源电路。大到超级计算机、小到袖珍计算器,所有的电子设备都必须在电源电路的支持下才能正常工作。
常用的稳压电源有交流和直流之分,当然这些电源电路的样式、复杂程度千差万别。不可否认电源已经广泛
地应用于我们生活的方方面面,所以,学习并了解电源的制作原理和技术对于我们的生产和发展都具有积极
的意义。
由于电子技术的特性,电子设备对电源电路的要求就是能够提供持续稳定、满足负载要求的电能,而且
通常情况下都要求提供稳定的直流电能。提供这种稳定的直流电能的电源就是直流稳压电源。直流稳压电源
在电源技术中占有十分重要的地位。
本文主要设计并制作数字显示的直流稳压电源。本电源作为一个微型启动器,具有可调整电压,调压
范围是-12V- +12V,而且具备输出电压可以显示的功能。本文介绍了直流稳压系统的总体的设计方案,它主
要由变压器部分、整流滤波部分、稳压部分、电压数字显示部分和输出部分组成。电源的稳压部分用三端集
成稳压管LM317完成,数字显示部分用ICL7107芯片完成。ICL7107是一种市场上应用非常广泛的集成芯片,
内置程序,可以直接驱动LED数码管。本设计的显示部分是采用ICL7107芯片制作LED显示的数字电压表,
并联到输出端,完成电压显示的功能。本电源具有设计简单灵活,成本低,效率高,调整精度高等优点,在
市场上有很好的应用前景。

electronic devices must be supported by power circuit can work properly. Commonly used has the ac and dc regulated power supply, of course, these vary the style of the power supply circuit, complexity. There is no denying that the
power supply has been widely used in every aspect of our lives, so, study and learn about the power of production principle and technology for our production and development has positive significance.
Due to the characteristics of electronic technology, electronic equipment for the requirement of power supply circuit
is able to provide a steady, satisfy the requirement of load power, and are normally required to provide a stable dc can.
Can provide the stable dc power source is dc regulated power supply. Dc regulated power supply in power supply technology occupies very important position.
In this paper, the design and construction of digital display dc regulated power supply. This power as a miniature
starter, with adjustable voltage, regulating range is - 12 v - + 12 v, and have the function that output voltage can be displayed. This paper introduces the overall design scheme of dc voltage regulation system, it is mainly composed of transformer, rectifier, filter, a voltage regulator, voltage digital display part and output part. Power supply voltage regulator by using integrated three-terminal voltage regulator tube LM317 is complete, with digital display part
ICL7107 chips. ICL7107 is a kind of wide application of integrated chips on the market, the built-in program, LED
digital tube can be directly driven. Show part of the design is made of LED display ICL7107 chip digital voltage
meter, parallel to the output side, the complete voltage display function. This power supply has the flexible design simple, low cost, high efficiency, high adjustment accuracy and has good application prospect in the market.

引言。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,数字化控制无疑是人们追求的目标之一,它所给人带来的方便也是不可否定的,其中数控直流稳压电源就是一个很好的典型例子,但人们对它的要求也越来越高,要为现代人工作、科研,生活、提供更好的,更方便的设施就需要从数字电子技术入手,一切向数字化,智能化方向发展.。本文所介绍的数控直流稳压电源与传统的稳压电源相比,具有操作方便,电压稳定度高的特点,其输出电压大小采用数字显示,主要用于要求电源精度比较高的设备,或科研实验电源使用,并且此设计,没有用到单片机,只用到了数字技术中的三端稳压器、普通运放,和icl7107驱动芯片,具有控制精度高,制作比较容易等优点。
一、设计任务及要求
设计数显式直流稳压电压源,要求完成以下主要技术指标:
(1)、输出电压:范围±12V,纹波不大于10mV,电压值由数码管显示;
