A: Good morning, boys and girls, and welcome to our “Showing Yourself” , the English Speaking Contest for Class 1, Grade 1.同学们们，上午好！欢迎来到我们高一（1）班的“展现你自己”英语演讲比赛现场。

First, let me introduce the two of us, your hosts for today.

首先，让我来介绍一下我们两个，你们今天的主持人。

B: Thank you, Liu Lin. I’m honored today to co-host today’s speaking Contest.

谢谢你，刘林。我非常荣幸能和你共同主持今天的这个演讲比赛。We hope it will be a good opportunity for the participants to display their talents .

We also hope that you,the audience,will enjoy this exciting competition and benefit from what you hear.

A: There are all together 19 contestants from our class to compete in today’s English Speaking Contest.

在今天的演讲比赛中，来自我们专业的一共有19位选手。

And this competition will be mediated by a panel of five judges.

I have the great privilege of presenting today’s judges for today’s speaking comp etition.

这次比赛，我们很荣幸地邀请到了3名评委。下面我将向大家逐一介绍。

B:O k , after introducing our judges,now let’s go over the rules of the competition.

介绍完评委之后，让我们来重温一下比赛规则。

Each of the contestants will have 3minutes to deliver a speech.B 每一位参赛选手将有五分钟的时间进行演讲。

And this competition will be decided at one first prize ,two second prize and three third prize.

在所有选手演讲完后，我们将当场初决出一等奖一名，二等奖两名，三等奖三名。
