Starting from February to June of the election year, the primary election is organized bottom-up in every state by two political parties. Every citizen in America has his own right to vote for delegates of Democratic Party and Republican party. And these people on behalf of their party will play a part on the national conventions.

• The electors are selected by the citizens of their own state on behalf of the whole state.
• For each state, the number of electors is the same with the number of senators in the Senate and House of Representative.

The same day when taking the oath, the new president will place his hand on the Bible and after that he will deliver an inaugural address to encourage the civilians. The inauguration marks the beginning of a new president’s term of office.
