work out 的基本用法

work out是一个多义的短语，具体如下：

1、work out 在本单元中为“结果良好；有效，结果是”，后可接形容词，也可用作不及物动词短语。如：

Most of the things he has suggested have worked out.

2、work out 常作“计算出”解，尤指答案、数量、价格、价值等。如：You can work out the answer by adding all the numbers.

3、work out 还可指“制定、拟出（计划、安排、措施等）”；研究出，考虑好，想出（办法）等。

如：I’ll work out the schedule .

4、work out还可以表示“（使问题）逐渐解决，（使复杂情况）逐渐化解”。

如：Mary had trouble getting along with her roommate ,but they worked it out .
