摘要

鼎力发展低碳经济,减少二氧化碳排放量已经成为中国经济发展的必定趋势。着力打造低耗、低排、高效的“低碳农业”火烧眉毛。农业机械是农业能源耗费大户,碳排放量大户。所以,打造“低碳农业” ,农机义不容辞。生物质固体成型燃料技术是生物质能开发利用技术的主要发展方向之一。

本文设计的题目是秸秆压块机的设计。秸秆压块机压出的产品是用来做饲料或燃料的。经过实践和不断的改进,秸秆压块机已日臻完善。秸秆压块机具有自动化程度高、产量高、价格低、耗电少、操作简单、环境无污染等优点。因而秸秆压块机可广泛应用压制各种农作物秸秆和小树枝等生物质原料。秸秆压块机自动化程度高、产量高、价格低、耗电少、操作简单。

设计之初我查阅了大量的生物质压缩成型技术的研究文献,了解国内外的发展概述及研究现状。参考和分析了生物质压缩成型设备的优缺点,对模辊受力情况分析基础之上利用简化力学模型计算了挤压力、主轴扭矩和功率、生产能力等主要技术参数,从而为秸秆压块机的设计奠定里坚实的基础。本次设计的用于生产的秸秆块机,对农业机械及打造低耗、低排、高效的“低碳农业”起到了一定的助推作用。

ABSTRACT

The full development of a low carbon economy and reduce carbon dioxide emissions has become an inevitable trend in China 's economic development. Efforts to build low consumption, low emission and efficient "low-carbon agriculture" feel the burn . Agricultural machinery Agricultural energy consumption is large , large carbon emissions . So , to create " low-carbon agriculture" , agricultural refuse. Biomass solid fuel technology development and utilization of biomass energy technology is one of the main development direction.

This design is entitled straw briquetting machine design. Straw briquetting machine extruded products are used to make animal feed or fuel. After practice and continuous improvement , straw briquetting machine has been improving. Straw briquetting machine with a high degree of automation , high yield , low price , low power

consumption , simple operation, environmental pollution and so on . Thus straw briquetting machine can be widely used to suppress a

variety of crop stalks and twigs and other biomass materials. Straw briquetting machine high degree of automation , high yield , low

price , low power consumption , easy to operate.

I went through a lot of design at the beginning of the research literature biomass compression molding technology , for an overview of the development and research status at home and abroad . Reference and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of biomass compression molding equipment , the force of the die roll analysis using a simplified mechanical model based on the calculation of the extrusion pressure , spindle torque and power , the main technical parameters such as production capacity , so as straw briquetting machine design and laid in a solid foundation. emission and efficient "low-carbon agriculture" played a role in boosting.
