First，there were so many advertisements before the film that the actual film staned quite late. During the film itself，I found that the volume was so loud．it made me un． comfortable，and it became difficult to hear the film clearly．

Lastly，I noticed that the exit sign was not at aIl visible，and I feel this puts eve ryone’s safety at risk by not allowing them to find their way out of the cinema clearly and quickly．Safety should always come first，and I think if you can't correct the other two problems，you should

I'm an exchange student from China，and recently visited your cinema to see a film．The film itself was great，but it seemed there were a few small problems while the film was underway．Although the problems are not big，I do believe that if you can solve them，you may attract a larger audience．

First，I found that there were too many advertisements before the beginning of the film，which delayed the film’s start by a long time．I found these advertisements to be very annoying．

Second，the sound in the film was too loud，and it made it very difficult to hear the film clearly．

Third，the EXIT sign was not clearly visible，and I feel this creates a safety hazard for customers．If anything terrible happened，it might be very difficult for your customers to evacuate．
