摘要

变速器在汽车诞生的百年历史中在不断地与时俱进。手动变速器由于其传递动力的直接与高效性，加上制作技术的成熟与低成本，现代汽车中装备手动变速器的汽车仍然占有很大比例。但随着人们对汽车舒适性要求越来越高，现代汽车自动变速器装备率越来越高却是一个不争的事实，尤其是当自动变速器也逐渐能够兼顾操控性的时候。从发展趋势上来看，自动变速器是采用简单的液力传动与多档机械自动变速器组合，在控制方式上，由于动—半自动—全自动—电子操纵控制系统，并向智能化方向发展，自动变速器的档位数从二速—三速—四速，五速自动变速器也即将出现，同时利用各种方法，扩大与改善液力传动的自动调节性能范围，以实现简化操纵的目的。本文讨论了汽车自动变速器的类型，介绍了液力机械式、机械无级变速器、电控机械式、双离合自动变速器4种自动变速器的原理、特点、关键技术和发展状况，分析了影响自动变速其换挡品质的因素。

Abstract

The transmission in the car was born a hundred years of history in the constantly advancing with the times. The manual transmission because of its power transmission direct and efficient, coupled with the production technology and low cost, the modern vehicles equipped with manual transmission car still account for a large proportion of. But as people on the ride comfort of increasingly high demand, modern automotive automatic transmission equipment rate more and more high is an indisputable fact, especially when the automatic transmission is capable of both handling time. Judging from the development trend, automatic transmission is the use of simple hydraulic transmission with multiple mechanical automatic transmission assembly, the control mode, due to the dynamic, semi-automatic, fully automatic, electronic control system, and to develop the intelligent, automatic transmission digit from two speed - three speed - four speed, five speed automatic transmission also will appear, at the same time using a variety of methods, expand and improve the hydraulic drive automatic regulating performance range, in order to achieve the purpose of simplified manipulation. This paper discusses the automobile automatic transmission type, introduced hydraulic mechanical, mechanical CVT, electric control mechanical type, dual clutch automatic transmission4 kinds of automatic transmission principle, characteristics, key technology and development status, analysis of the impact of the factors on the quality of automatic transmission shift.
