摘要

资本结构是企业筹资决策的核心问题。企业的资本结构是否适当决定着企业未来发展的成败。企业的筹资方式可分为债务筹资和权益筹资两大类。一般意义上的资本结构就是指债务资本和权益资本（自有资本）的比例关系。对于一个企业来说，什么样的资本结构才是最好的呢？比较普遍的观点是这样的，使综合资本成本（加权平均资本成本）最低，同时企业价值最大的资本结构是最佳的。在实践中，这样的标准是否可行是值得怀疑的。很明显，通常情况下，债务资本比例越高，综合资本成本就会越低，而当债务资本比例达到一定程度时，企业将不可避免地面临严重的财务危机。因此，我们有必要研究更加具有实践意义的资本结构理论和具有可操作性的资本结构决策方法。本文通过对资本结构理论和影响资本结构的因素进行深入的探讨和研究，找出评价资本结构的标准，建立一个可以进行量化分析的资本结构决策数学公式，使其能够应用于企业生产经营中的资本结构决策。

Abstract

After the reform and open policy come true，the individually-run enterprise have set up

gradually，like the bamboo shoots after a spring rain，with the development of the socialist market economy. The individually-run enterprise has exerted more and more effect in solving the problem of obtaining employment, increasing the financial revenue, developing the new technology and sustaining the economic development. It has become a bright spot about increasing of our state economy. At the same time, the individually-run enterprise has a lot of connatural lacuna and shortage, especially in their financial management. This complexion caused the individually-run enterprise can not suit the double-quick growing of state economy. So many individually-run enterprises with a great resplendence had gone bankrupt quickly like the falling star. So, it is a stringent assignment to solve those problems in this article. The main body of a book is managed from financial affairs starting in position and effect in business administration; Have set forth small and medium non-governmentally operated enterprise financial control job middle have problem which point out an impact of enterprise outside environmental factor and inside environmental factor image over medium-sized and small enterprises financial control, And, specifically for a few, the primal problem has brought forward the corresponding countermeasure. Have brought forward method minor non-governmentally operated enterprise financial control work environment in part improvement and have brought forward the corresponding countermeasure specifically for a few primal problems.
