摘要

计算机联锁系统是继6502电气集中系统的又一种联锁系统,它保证了工作的可靠,是保证行车安全的信号基础设备,符合“故障—安全”的原则。计算机联锁目前是最先进的车站联锁设备,我国的计算机联锁都是从继电电气集中过渡发展起来的。

本次设计为电化区段兰成线34号站下行咽喉计算机联锁工程设计,设计的主要内容包括:34号站下行咽喉的车站信号平面布置图、下行咽喉联锁表、双线轨道电路布置图、电缆网络图、电缆径路图、计算机联锁系统结构图、组合排列表、组合类型表、室内设备布置图、工程数量统计表。其中车站信号平面布置图可以直观的反映室外设备的布置情况,主要有信号机、道岔、警冲标的布置、编号与位置的计算。联锁表包括方向、进路、按钮、信号机、道岔、敌对信号和轨道区段的选择与确定等。双线轨道电路图主要完成的是送受电端的设置、扼流变压器的布置、轨道电路极性交叉的配置。电缆网络图和径路图中主要是电缆的合理敷设、电缆长度的计算、芯数的计算等,是施工挖沟的主要依据。计算机联锁系统结构图可以反映出所采用的双机热备系统的硬件构成以及它的工作原理。组合排列表中反映了信号柜、轨道柜、道岔柜的排列情况与组成。组合类型表包含了各种组合所包含的继电器名称和类型。室内设备平面布置图包括信号电源室、防雷分线室、机械室、控制台室,计算机房内各种设备的布置。工程数量统计表统计的是34号站下行咽喉所需要的所有电缆线、信号机、盒子、柜子、道岔、轨道、继电器等的数量。

Abstract

Computer interlocking system is following the 6502 Electric system yet another interlocking system , which guarantees reliable work is to ensure traffic safety signal infrastructure, in line with "fail - safe " principle. Interlocking is currently the most advanced computer station interlocking equipment , China's transition from a centralized computer interlocking relays are electrically developed .

The design of electro-chemical sector into line No. 34 Portland station downstream of the throat computer interlocking engineering design , design of the main contents include : No.

34 station downstream of the throat of the station signal floorplan , downstream of the throat interlocking table , double track circuit layout, cable network diagrams, cable route maps, computer interlocking system structure diagram , a list row combination , the combination of the type of table , interior equipment layout , engineering and quantity statistics. Station signal floorplan which can reflect the intuitive arrangement of outdoor equipment , the main signal , turnout , police rushed the underlying layout, calculating numbers and locations. Interlocking table includes direction , into the road , buttons, signal , switch , hostile signals and track sections to determine the selection and so on. Double track circuit diagram is mainly done by sending electrical terminal settings , layout choke transformer , polarity cross track circuit configuration . FIG FIG cable network and the main pathway is reasonable laying cable length calculation , calculation of the number of cable cores , is mainly based on the construction of trench . Computer interlocking system structure reflects the hardware configuration hot standby system used and how it works . List reflects a combination of row arrangement of the signal cabinet, track cabinets, counters and composition of the turnout . Combination Type table contains the names and types of various combinations of relays included . Indoor equipment layout plan including room layout signal power , lightning -point line room, mechanical room , the console room, computer room various devices. Quantity is the number of statistical tables works all 34 cable stations downstream of the throat needed , signal boxes , cabinets, switches, track, relays , etc.
