工业4.0理念的出现,进一步刺痛了长久以来被员工危机、效率低下等问题所困扰的传统中国制造业。而智能化无人工厂是对传统制造业的革命,开展将智能化工厂技术与现代设施规划技术结合实现快速重构生产制造系统的研究,将具有十分明显的技术前景与管理效益。

然而,智能工厂的实现过程是一个复杂的系统工程,根据工艺、目标、初始水平和资源、能力的不同,每个工厂的智能化过程都是独一无二的工程。如何在现有技术的基础上发展智慧工厂,为了实现数字化智能工厂还需要开发哪些技术?目前,尚未一家机构提出完整而被业内认可的模型,甚者对智能工厂的定义都没有一个最终明确统一的说法。

本文旨在通过对智能工厂的实现原理进行深入的研究,分析和提炼智能工厂系统的关键要素及构成模型,对智能工厂理论进行了系统的完善,在此基础上,本文研究最终实现企业智能工厂的系统方法,运用先进的规划理论对智能工厂中的工厂布局模块进行了设计与规划,为指导企业实现智能工厂提供理论依据和参照模型。同时,本文运用项目管理理论,重点阐述了智能工厂的项目实施体系,装备设施规划和工厂布局之间的相互关系,该方法论将帮助企业建立智能工厂的正确路径。最后,利用该方法指导某一智能工厂改造项目的实现,进行了实证研究。

Abstract

The emergence of the concept of Industry 4.0 gave further threat to the traditional Chinese manufacturing industry which has been depressed for a long time by employment crisis and low efficiency. Intelligent unmanned plant is a revolution to traditional industry. It will have bright prospect and great value for the research on integration of intelligent plant technology and equipment installation program technology, and application of this on rapid reconstitution on manufacturing system.

However, the realization of intelligent plant is a complicated system engineering work. The intellectualization progress for each plant is the unique project, as every plant has its own process, and the intellectualization target, initial status and resource, capability are different for each project. How to develop intelligent plant based on existing process, and which innovation technology should be developed to realize digital intelligent plant? There is no complete and widely accepted model arisen from any organization, and even there is no clear and consolidated destination on intelligent plant.

The purpose of this article is to make the deep study on the principle of intelligent plant realization, analyze and extract the key elements and model of intelligent plant system, and improve and perfect the theory of intelligent plant. Based on it, the study will be made on the ultimate systemic solution to realize intelligent plant realization, application of advanced program theory to design the layout of intelligent plant, and prepare the theory and model for enterprise intellectualization. Meanwhile, with the application of project management theory, this article has elaborated described the relationship between intelligent plant project implement system, equipment installation program and plant layout, the methodology will help enterprise to construct intelligent plant in right way. At last, the empirical study has been made, to instruct the renovation of a tradition plant into intelligent plant.
