摘要:测定了青杨脊虎天牛Xylotrechus rusticus(L.)雌、雄成虫对其寄主杨树中的水杨醛(0195μm olΠμL)和非寄主植物中013μm olΠμL的叶绿醇、014μm olΠμL的水芹烯和016μm olΠμL的R型α2蒎烯、S型α2蒎烯、S型β2蒎烯、32蒈烯、罗勒烯、香草烯和松节油等10种植物挥发性气味物质的触角电位(E AG)反应。结果表明,与对照相比,这10种植物挥发物多能引起成虫明显的E AG反应(P<0105,P<0101),其中雌虫对松节油、水杨醛、R型α2蒎烯和S型α2蒎烯的E AG反应较强;雄虫对R型α2蒎烯的E AG反应最强,松节油次之。根据雌虫对这10种挥发物E AG反应的强弱,进一步测定了雌虫对0100006、010006、01006、0106、016、0112μm olΠμL的松节油、R型α2蒎烯、S型α2蒎烯以及01000095、0100095、010095、01095、0195、0119μm olΠμL的水杨醛的E AG和行为反应。结果表明,雌虫对松节油、水杨醛和R型α2蒎烯的E AG反应随气味物质浓度的增加而增加,水杨醛浓度增加到0195μm olΠμL、松节油和R型α2蒎烯浓度增加到016μm olΠμL以后,E AG反应值趋于平稳;对S型α2蒎烯的反应随浓度的增加而呈线性增加。水杨醛浓度低于01095时,对雌虫没有明显的定向作用(P>0105),高于此浓度时表现为驱避作用(P<0105);松节油在浓度低于或等于016μm olΠμL时对雌虫表现为驱避作用,浓度为016时驱避效果最佳(P<0101)。雌虫对R型α2蒎烯和S型α2蒎烯没有明显的定向行为反应。

E ffects of plant volatiles on the EAG response and behavior of the grey tiger

Abstract:The electroantennogram(E AG)responses of female and male beetles of Xylotrechus rusticus(L.) to10v olatiles were tested,including salicylaldehyde(0195μm olΠμL)from poplar,the host plant,and phytol (013μm olΠμL),R(-)2α2phellandrene(014μm olΠμL),(1R)2(+)2α2pinene,(1S)2(-)2α2pinene,(1S)2 (-)2β2pinene,(+)232carene,ocimene,β2myrcene and turpentine(016μm olΠμL)from non2host plant.The results showed that the10v olatiles could ev oke very significant E AG responses(P<0101)of the adults com pared with the control,paraffin.The females exhibited stronger E AG responses to turpentine, salicylaldehyde,(1R)2(+)2α2pinene,(1S)2(-)2α2pinene,while(1R)2(+)2α2pinene and turpentine could induce stronger E AG responses to males.The E AG responses of female and male adults to salicylaldehyde, (1R)2(+)2α2pinene and ocimene had no significant differences(P>0105),but to the rest7v olatiles had remarkable difference(P<0101).The responses and behaviors of females to different doses of turpentine, (1R)2(+)2α2pinene,(1S)2(-)2α2pinene and salicylaldehyde,were further tested.The tested concentrations of salicylaldehyde were01000095,0100095,010095,01095,0195,and0119μm olΠμL;the rest com pounds with the same concentrations of0100006,010006,01006,0106,016,and0112μm olΠμL.With the concentration increased,the female E AG response to turpentine,salicylaldehyde and(1R)2(+)2α2pinene increased accordingly and kept steady when the concentration of salicylaldehyde reached0195μm olΠμL and those of turpentine and(1R)2(+)2α2pinene reached016μm olΠμL.When the concentration were less than or
