辽西严重缺水地区缺水原因及开发利用建议研究——以辽西凌源市为例

［摘 要］ 为研究辽西基岩山区严重缺水问 题，以 辽 宁 凌 源 地 区 为 例，对 缺 水 现 状 和 原 因 进 行 分 析，在 此 基 础 上对凌源市地不同地段地下水开发 利 用 进 行 规 划 分 区，并 提 出 有 益 建 议。结 果 可 知: 凌 源 市 水 资 源 严 重 不 足，旱 灾 频繁，春旱概率达 90 % ，缺水问题严重，缺水问题主要受自然因素、地质因素以及水资源开发利用技术 等制约。针对 凌源市乃至辽西山区典型的缺水状况及 原 因，根 据 不 同 地 质、水 文 地 质 条 件 和 开 采 条 件，对 该 区 域 不 同 地 段 地 下 水 开发利用进行规划和分区，为合理开发利用地下水资源及解决人畜饮用水问题 提供依据，也为凌源市乃至辽西基岩 山区地下水开发利用方向提供技术支撑。

LI Xu － guang，HE Hai － yang，TIAN Hui，ZHU Wei，SUN Qi － fa ( Shenyang Geological Survey，China Geological Survey，Shenyang 110034 ，Liaoning) Abstract: In order to study the serious water shortage in the bedrock mountain area of western Liaoning，the Lingyuan area in Liaoning Province was taken as an example to analyze the current situation and causes of water shortage． Based on this， the planning and zoning of groundwater development and utilization in different parts of Lingyuan City was planned and some suggestions were put forward． The results show that the water resources in Lingyuan City are seriously insufficient，the drought is frequent，the probability of spring drought is 90 % ，and the water shortage problem is serious． The water shortage problem is mainly restricted by natural factors，geological factors and water resources development and utilization technologies． According to the typical water shortage conditions and causes in Lingyuan City and even in the mountainous areas of western Liaoning， according to different geological，hydrogeological conditions and mining conditions，the development and utilization of groundwater in different areas of the area will be planned and divided to rationally develop and utilize groundwater resources and solve human and animal drinking water． The problem is provided，and it also provides technical support for the development and utilization of groundwater in Lingyuan City and even in the bedrock mountain area of western Liaoning． Key words: Bedrock mountain area in western Liaoning; analysis of water shortage reasons; groundwater development and utilization
