农村基础教育存在的问题与对策

摘要

基础教育对于人的一生有着非常突出的价值，需要得到社会各界的重视。尤其是农村教育要实现统筹发展的今天，一定要从基础上提高水平，这就将基础教育提到到了更加重要的位置上。为了有效推动初级阶段教育的发展，为农村进步提供动力，本文首先介绍了基础教育的涵，阐述了农村发展与教育理论，并分析了发展农村基础的意义，本文认为发展农村基础教育对省社会经济发展具有重大的意义。在此基础上，本文总结了农村基础教育发展中存在的问题，主要有传统教育观念落后、学生辍学现象严重、农村师资力量薄弱、对教育投入不足、留守儿童教育不容乐观这五个方面的问题。最后，针对农村基础教育发展中存在的问题，本文提出了相应的解决对策，分别是：一是要转变传统教育观念；二是要社会、家庭、学校形成合力，防治学生辍学；三是要加强教师队伍建设，提高教师整体素质；四是要加大教育投入，改善办学条件；五是要加强对留守儿童的关爱、教育，希望通过这些措施的实施可以解决农村基础教育存在的问题，促进农村教育发展，实现城乡教育均衡，最终促进农村社会经济的发展，实现和谐社会。

A Research on Problems and Solutions of Rural Basic

Education in Guizhou

Abstract

This paper introduces the connotation of basic education, elaborated the theory of rural development and education, and analyzes the significance of the development of rural-based Guizhou, the paper argues that the development of rural basic education is of great significance to the socio-economic development in Guizhou Province, the development of basic education in rural areas can contribute Guizhou rural economic development, improve the quality of rural population in Guizhou, Guizhou can promote social harmony. On this basis, this paper summarizes the development of Guizhou Rural Basic Education Problems, mainly behind the traditional concepts of education, student dropouts serious, weak teachers in rural areas, lack of investment in education, education of children left behind in these five areas is not optimistic issues. Finally, the presence of rural basic education development in Guizhou, this paper proposes corresponding solutions are: First, we must change the traditional concept of education; the second is to the munity, family, school and concerted efforts to bat student dropout; third is to Strengthening of teachers, improve the overall quality of teachers; fourth is to increase investment in education, improve school conditions; fifth is to strengthen the left-behind children care, education and hope through the implementation of these measures can solve Guizhou Rural Basic Education Problems, Education for rural development in Guizhou, to achieve a balanced education, and ultimately promote the development of rural economy in Guizhou, to achieve a harmonious society.
