电极安装说明

1.0 阳极安装说明

1.1 定位

辅助阳极安装在船体的两侧，其安装位置须满足以下条件。

1.1.1 辅助阳极需安装在轻水线以下，一般与推进器轴平行的位置，特殊情况可上下调整。

1.1.3 阳极安装位置其船体钢板外侧比较平坦。

1.1.4 阳极安装位置其船舱内侧有一定空间，易于安装和维修。

1.1.5 左舷与右舷两侧安装的阳极应该对称的。

1.2 开孔

1.2.1 在确定的位置上用气焊开孔，其孔直径与阳极结构图中尺寸相符。

1.2.2 开好孔后应将其清理干净。同时将阳极总成的阳极及绝缘底座拆下。

1.3密封套焊接

将阳极结构图中的密封套“9（与安装底板组成一体）”按结构图焊接，在焊接前需将其位置摆正，密封套“9”要与船体垂直，安装底板“7”与船体紧贴并焊接（密封套体在舱内）。

1.4 水密罩焊接

将阳极结构图中水密罩“16”按结构图焊接在密封套的外圈。

1.5 阳极安装

1.5.1将阳极按结构图进行安装，（舱外有人）将阳极接线柱从密封套孔伸入舱内，在舱内将阳极

的接线柱定位并将密封橡皮塞、绝缘套“15”水密压盖等按正确安装方式装上。并用万用电

表测试阳极与船体的绝缘度，正常情况为不导通。一切正常后，在船体外壳用固定螺丝将阳极绝缘底座“4”与安装底板“7”固定，同时在舱内将水密罩压盖拧紧。
