To explore the effect of siloxane oil applied in intestinal preparation before colonoscopy on

intestinal cleanliness，intestinal bubble volume，adverse reactions and postoperative intestinal flatulence in the elderly.

200elderly outpatients for colonoscopy were randomly divided into 2groups：observation group （intestinal

preparation with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder plus siloxane oil ）and control group （intestinal preparation with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder only），100in each；endoscopy doctors recorded the intestinal cleanliness accord-ing to the scores of Boston Bowel Preparation Scale （BBPS）and evaluated the degrees of intestinal bubble volume；an observation was made to the adverse reaction and postoperative intestinal

flatulence.

No obvious difference was

found in the intestinal cleanliness between the 2groups；the proportion of bubble volume I and II was 98%in control group and 57%in observation group，the intestinal bubble volume in observation group was smaller than that in control group （x 2＝48.201，＝0.00），the comparison of the degrees of intestinal bubble volume in the 2groups was of statis-tical difference （x 2＝＝75.679，＝0.00）；less adverse reactions and lower occurrence of postoperative intestinal flatu-lence were found in observation group than in control

group.

The application of siloxane oil in intestinal

preparation can obviously reduce the intestinal bubble volume，helpful in observing intestinal mucosa and in improving preoperative tolerance and compliance with colonoscopy in the elderly，and it has certain application

value.

［摘要］目的研究老年人结肠镜检查术前肠道准备中应用西甲硅油对肠道准备清洁度、肠内气泡量、不良反应及术后肠胀气的影响。方法200例接受结肠镜检查的门诊老年受检者按随机数字表法随机分配成聚乙二醇电解质散＋西甲硅油组（观察组）与聚乙二醇电解质散组（对照组）2组，每组各100例。由内镜检查医师根据BBPS 评分记录肠道清洁度，评估肠腔内气泡程度，并观察不良反应及术后肠胀气情况。结果2组老年受检者的肠道准备清洁有效性无明显差异；观察组与对照组气泡量I、II 占的比例分别为98%、57%，观察组肠内气泡量低于对照组（x 2＝48.201，＝0.00），2组肠内气泡量程度比较（x 2＝75.679，＝0.00），差异有统计学意义，且观察组不良反应少及术后肠胀气发生情况降低。结论西甲硅油明显减少肠内气泡量，有利于观察肠道黏膜，提高老年人术前准备耐受性及结肠镜检查依从性，具有一定的应用价值。
