保定市生态环境问题及对策研究

摘要：生态环境是人类赖以生存的物质基础，随着全球经济发展，生态环境的污染和破坏也越来越严重，生态环境一旦破坏，全球的经济和社会就不可能持续健康的发展。保定市处于我国的京津冀都市圈的核心位置，是京津冀都市圈的第三大人口大市，保定市的发展对于整个京津冀地区而言影响都是巨大的。如何实现保定市的生态环境保护和经济、社会的和谐发展，建立可持续的经济发展体系，对于保定市和京津冀地区的发展具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Ecological environment is the material basis of human survival, as the global economic development, pollution and destruction of the ecological environment has become increasingly serious ecological damage once the global economy and society can not be sustained and healthy development. Baoding city at the heart of our Metropolitan, is the third most populous city in Metropolitan Areas, Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding development for the entire region in terms of the impact is enormous. How to achieve environmental protection and economic and social harmonious development of Baoding, the establishment of sustainable economic development system, and the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding region has important practical significance.
