建设工程项目管理模式发展的启示及发展趋势分析近年来,中国建设事业高速发展,取得了令世界瞩目的成就,完成了一系

列国际先进水平的工程项目。但是目前经济的高速发展与建筑市场机制不相适应的矛盾集中反映在工程项目建设管理水平上,而解决这一问题的关键是健全建筑市场主体业主和承包商的运行机制,提高管理水平。在目前工程项目规模大,新技术多,参加单位多,分工越来越细,项目管理过程复杂情况下,能否对工程项目建设全过程实行现代化的管理越来越显得重要,从建筑业发展“十二五”规划的要求来看,我国建设工程项目管理模式还有待于不断改革、发展和创新。本文拟在分析我国建设工程管理体制发展历程和发展启示的基础上,讨论建设工程管理体制的改革与发展。
