Sarcomatoid carcinoma (SC) is a rare form of malignant tumor with cancer and sarcoma cells mixed .Its occur in many parts of the body, common in the upper respiratory tract, lung, breast and kidney. Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma is a kind of Poorly differentiation non-small cell lung cancer .

The majority of SC is consisted of epithelial components and pleomorphic spindle like cells and / or giant cells . squamous cell carcinoma is more common epithelial component , followed by adenocarcinoma and large cell carcinoma, small cell carcinoma is rare.
