游泳池应急处理预案

一、负责内容Properties

为了提高酒店室内泳池的安全生产工作，并且有效预防及时控制和消除突发安全事故及其危害，指导和规范各类突发事件的应急处理工作，最大程度的减少突发事件对游客健康造成的危害，保障客人身心健康与生命安全，制定以下应急预案。

In order to enhance the security production work of the indoor swimming pool, effectively prevent in time, control efficiently, as well as eliminate the security accidents. We set up the urgent emergency plan of guidance and standards to reduce the damage for people. To ensure the safety and security of the guests.

二、步骤Procedure

一）试用范围(Applicable Scope)

本预案试用于突然发生，造成或者可能造成客人身心健康一般和严重损害的安全事故。

Applicable for incident happened abruptly which brings or may brings damage to the guests.

二）分级标准(outline standards)

根据突发事件性质、危害程度、涉及范围，突发公共卫生事件划分为特别重大（Ⅰ级）、重大（Ⅱ级）、较大（Ⅲ级）和一般（Ⅳ级）四级。

According to the emergency properties /damage degree/ range , emergency incidents can be divided into four levels: extremely serious (LI)、serious (LII)、larger (LIII)、general（LIV）.

三）危险源辨识(identify dangers)

对泳池及周围可能引起突发安全事件的行为、人员、物质、设备设施进行辨识，列出危险源清单，并有针对性的制订预防措施，责任落实到人。

Identify the dangers surround the swimming pour such as the dangerous behaviors / person /matters/ facilities/etc. List and make preventive measures targeted. Responsibility could be operated to everybody

游泳池管理人、救生员按照突发安全事件的发生、发展规律和特点，及时分析其对游客身心健康的危害程度、可能的发展趋势，及时做出预警。

Swimming pool manager and lifeguard must make early precautions according to the laws and characteristics of an incident security. Analysis the damage degree for the guests as well as the trend of the development.

五）常见突发事件的应急处置(commonly emergency disposals)

（一）溺水处理 (drowning handlings)

步骤：1、发生事故后，救生员、服务员必须在第一时间到达现场，迅速将溺水者救起。

1.Lifeguard、team members must arrived in the first time. Rescued the drowning guy immediately.

2 、救生员、服务员第一时间通知健身房经理及上级领导立即与医务室、医院联系派救护车，要说清楚地点、发生事故的情况并提出要求。

2. Lifeguard and team members must inform the health center manager as well as the leaderships immediately. Meanwhile contact the hospital to send the ambulance. Do remember speaking clearly about the place、case and set the requirements here.

3、救生员立即启动ＣＰＲ评估溺水程度，根据情况做CPR操作。如需送医院救治救生员必须跟随。

3. Lifeguard must immediately start CPR to evaluate the drowning degree, operate CPR according to the circumstances. If send to hospital is needed, lifeguard must be followed.

4、其他服务人员维持现场秩序疏散围观客人，并协助救生员工作为救护创造条件。

4. Other team members must maintain the order, evacuate viewers and helped to create conditions for the rescue.

5、保护现场并作事故报告并配合政府相关部门及酒店的调查。

5. Protect the scene, make the accident report. Besides cooperate with the hotel and government department survey.
