胚胎干细胞研究及应用
摘要:胚胎干细胞是来源于早期胚胎内细胞团或原始生殖细胞的一种多能细胞,具有体外无限
复制和高度分化潜能的特性。目前,胚胎干细胞已逐渐应用胚胎干细胞体外测试与新药开发,移植治疗与细胞替代治疗,转基因动物与克隆上,并已取得了一定的研究成果。
关键词:胚胎干细胞; 生物学特性; 胚胎干细胞体外测试; 新药开发; 移植治疗; 细胞替代Embryonic stem cell research and application Abstract:Embryonic stem cells are derived from the early embryonic cells within the group or the original reproductive cells of a kind of pluripotent cells, has unlimited replication in vitro and the characteristics of high differentiation potential. At present, embryonic stem cells has been gradually used embryonic stem cells in vitro test and new drug development, transplantation and cell replacement therapy treatment, transgenic animals and clone, and have achieved some results.
