II. Price of Goods in international trade:
It should be divided into four parts: 1.Measuring Unit 计量单位 e.g. ton, meter, kilo 2. Unit Price 单位价格 e.g. How much, price or rate 3. Category of currency 计价货币 e.g. RMB, Euro, USD 4. Trade Term 价格术语 e.g. FOB, CIF, CFR
commonly used trade terms in international sales contracts.
Incoterms stands for International
ICC 国际商会 stands for the International
Chamber of Commerce.
Tasks: 1. Who is the writer, the seller or the buyer? 2. What kind of goods are they discussing? 3. If the price is accepted by the buyer, who should be responsible for insurance? 4. Who should be responsible for the freight in the goods transportation? 5. Speaking of the constitution of the price, which items are included in it? 6. If the goods start to be shipped, where is the port of shipment and where is the port of destination?

该术语是指卖方在办理了出口清关手续后，在双方定的 地点把货物交给买方指定的承人，完成交货任务。交货地点 的选择影响到装货和卸货责任划分，《2000年通则》的规 定，如果交货地点位于卖方所在地，由卖方负责装货；如果 交货地点是在其他地点，那么卖方不负责卸货。
