——以托收为例

摘要

国际结算是指国际间由于政治，经济，文化，外交，军事等方面的交往或联系而发生地，以货币表示债权债务的清偿行为或资金转移行为。分为有形贸易和无形贸易类。有形贸易引起的国际结算为国际贸易结算。无形贸易引起的国际结算为非贸易结算。传统的国际贸易结算方式有：汇付、托收、信用证。

近年来,随着经济全球化浪潮的到来,各国间贸易迅速发展,国际市场发生了重大变化,国际贸易竞争日益激烈,竞争手段不断增加，选择结算方式也成了一种重要竞争手段,且每一种结算方式都有自身特点和潜在的风险。中国作为一个全球贸易大国，贸易额占国内经济很大比重，如何确保国际贸易结算的安全成为目前重要的议题之一。本文主要对当前我国外贸企业国际结算的现状进行研究，以托收为例，对我国外贸企业在国际结算中所存在的风险以及风险的防范进行分析，并提出我国外贸企业国际结算的发展趋势。

TRADE FOR INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENTS

ABSTRACT

International settlement refers to the international political, economic, cultural, diplomatic, and military exchanges or contact occurred, the repayment behavior of credit and debt currency or funds transfer behavior. Divided into visible and invisible trade class. The visible trade for International Settlements (BIS) for international trade settlement. The invisible trade for International Settlements (BIS) caused by non-trade settlement. The traditional method of settlement of international trade: remittance, collection, letters of credit.

With the advent of economic globalization in recent years, trade among countries in the rapid development of the international market has undergone major changes, an increasingly competitive international trade, increasing competition means to select the settlement has become an important means of competition, and each a settlement has its own characteristics and potential risks. China as a global trading power, the trade volume accounted for a large proportion of the domestic economy, and how to ensure security has become one of the important issues of international trade settlement. In this paper, research on the current status quo of China's foreign trade enterprises for International Settlements (BIS) to the collection, for example, analysis of China's foreign trade enterprises in the international settlement risks and risk prevention, and proposed the development trend of China's foreign trade enterprises for International Settlements (BIS).
