摘要

伴随着我国房地产业的多年发展，与之配套的晾衣架行业快速发展，积极实现转型升级，目前，传统的晾衣架已经被智能化的晾衣机取代。晾衣机是晾衣架的转型升级产品，是国家鼓励发展的智能家居产业之一。如今，高端智能化的晾衣机已经不仅仅是一个晾衣服的工具，实现多口径出风，对出风导向全面优化，风效提升60%，可以在晾衣过程中实现持续、恒温暖风，晾晒同时有效烘干。这种实用性、装饰性、高端性兼具的家居智能产品，已是阳台上一道亮丽的风景线。

中国家居建材行业权威人士指出，2013年，我国房地产行业宏观调控政策持续从紧，而与之配套的家居行业形势仍然比较严峻，下半年虽有回暖之势但增长较缓，行业整体表现依然疲软，但市场总体刚性需求还在。作为紧密关联的下游产业，众多家居配套企业今年以来纷纷开始积极布局转型升级。
