中文摘要:化工原理课程设计是化工原理教学中综合性和实践性的教学环节,是理论联系实际的桥梁,是使学生体察工程实际问题复杂性、学习化工设计基本知识的初次尝试。本次《水吸收氨过程的填料吸收塔设计》可以使同学们的综合能力得到进一步的加强,锻炼了同学们在日常生活以及以后的工作学习中的查阅有关科学文献的能力,进一步锻炼了同学们的设计能力、计算能力、表达能力,同时也培养了同学们的环保意识、节能意识。填料塔吸收净化不仅在化工领域,在一般浓度乃至低浓度的工业净化方面也发挥着不可磨灭的作用。不计其数的工程实践表明,合理的系统工艺流程与填料吸收塔的设计可以充分保证一定的净化效果。本次设计是将聚丙烯阶梯环应用于水吸收氨气的填料吸收塔的设计。在同样条件下,采用逆流方式较并流可以获得最大化的平均推动力,进而可以获得一个更大的吸收效率。另外,由于在采用逆流过程中吸收剂的流向与气体的流向是完全相反的,所以这种方式有利于进一步提高溶质的吸收率,并且能最大化的减少自手机的损耗用量。因此,无论从效率角度还是从经济角度讲采用逆流比采用并流要合适。通过一系列资料、文献以及操作条件,我们可以计算出泛点气速、空塔气速、塔径、塔的横截面积,进一步计算出传质单元高度、传质单元数,最终计算出填料吸收塔的高度。
