世界汽车工业国际协会（Organisation Internationale des Constructeurs
d'Automobiles；OICA）即世界汽车工业的国际团体，协会总部位置设立在法国巴黎。1919年，成立于法国巴黎。目前，大约是42个国家的汽车相关团体成员，为汽车工业业者间的意见交换、汽车相关规定的协议，国际性车展览会的认定、调协会成员的技术活动，世界汽车生产的统计等相关事宜[.
任务
1. 连系各个国家的汽车工业协会。
2. 学习与发展和汽车业未来有关的相关议题。
3. 收集且流通在协会成员之中的相关资料。
4. 讨论协会成员关切的问题，制定政策和指导方向。
5. 密切与各国政府以及国际机构合作，描绘具有国际水平的汽车产业。
6. 推广国际机构和公众传播及促进汽车产业政策和发展方向。
